ABOUT OSAGE PINE

The Osage Pine project consists of a community of 36 homes on the 6200 blocks of Osage Avenue and Pine Street in West Philadelphia.  The project was taken on by AJR Endeavors LLC, a real estate development firm located in Philadelphia with the entire development to be completed in two phases by the Summer of 2019.

All 36 of the homes feature rarely-seen split level layouts with foyers and will range from three to four bedrooms with 2,000 - 2,400 square feet of living space per home. Each home will have a mix of features including rear decks, garage parking and den areas. The homes will only be sold (per city requirement) to homeowners who intend to occupy them as primary residences.

NEIGHBORHOOD

In its early development years West Philadelphia appealed to residents who were interested in moving away from the crowded city center. Cobbs Creek neighborhood lies south of Market St in West Philadelphia and borders Cobbs Creek park, an 851 acre zone managed by Philadelphia’s Parks and Recreation Department.
